I found out about this iMOM 30 Day Mom Challenge.  It looks really interesting and fun, and I have decided to give it a try!  I am so not good at follow through, and I am working on this...  {Hence, the reason I haven't been able to stay on path for eating healthy and exercising.  But, that's a different story! :)}

Here are the 'ideas' on how to complete this challenge.  It comes from the iMOM site:  30 ways, in 30 days, to be the best mom you can be.  For each day of the month, find the corresponding number and follow the tip. So, if you begin the challenge on June 9; start with tip 9 and move on from there. You can repeat the list every month!
